Jonathan R. Siegel is a Professor of Law and the F. Elwood and Eleanor Davis Research Professor of Law at George Washington University Law School.  After graduating from Yale Law School, Professor Siegel clerked for Chief Judge Patricia M. Wald of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and then served as a member of the Appellate Staff of the Civil Division of the United States Department of Justice.  Professor Siegel joined the GW Law School faculty in 1995.  His scholarship covers Administrative Law, Statutory Interpretation, and Federal Courts.  Professor Siegel also served as a Senior Legislative Fellow to U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota in 2007, and from 2010-2011 he was the Director of Research and Policy of the Administrative Conference of the United States.
