The conference featured senior officials from the European Commission, current and former U.S. government officials, stakeholders, and the authors of recent studies on US-EU regulatory cooperation:

- Former government officials examine how cooperation has worked in practice between U.S. regulatory agencies and their EU counterparts from the U.S. DOT, FDA and CPSC. The report also includes an analysis of U.S. regulations likely to have significant effects on international trade and investment.
