Samuel is a Research Assistant at the Regulatory Studies Center. His research areas of interest include policy regulation, regulatory analysis, budget, finance and communication. His career interests center on banking, finance, administration, and research.

Prior to coming to GW, Samuel worked as a Banker for a decade where he served in various roles from Banking Operations to Business Banking  Relationship Management, and Corporate Banking Relationship Management where he managed a large portfolio of assets and liabilities. Samuel holds a master of Business Administration in Finance degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana and a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Ghana. He is currently a Master of Public Administration student in Budget and Public Finance at The George Washington University.
