Regulation By Enforcement: Blockchain and Crypto

The GW Regulatory Studies Center and GW Law hosted a forum on the challenges of regulation-by-enforcement as applied to cryptocurrency markets. Panel discussions with leading experts in the industry, scholars and policy professionals explored the potential for legislation and rulemaking on these technologies. The event featured a fireside chat with SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce.
