Delivering the Goods
Forty years ago, President Carter signed two landmark pieces of legislation that largely eliminated federal control over prices, entry and exit in interstate trucking and freight. We organized three panels to assess their effects.

This event brought together Office of Information and Regulatory Analysis administrators from the Clinton, Bush, Obama and Trump administrations, along with thought leaders from the academy, executive agencies and Congress.
